Hardware/Asset Tracking
Our automated collection process scans all Lotus Notes machines to record hardware data. Remote polling for non-Notes machines allows data collection on servers. Data is gathered on everything from memory to CPU to sound and video cards. OEM and Asset Tag records are also included in the collection process. A spare parts library is included with the ability to assign items on loan such as notebooks and monitors.
