We strive to earn your trust every day – so we don’t sell, share, trade, or exchange your information for extra financial gain and request your permission to email or call you beyond your initial inquiry. ScopeOur privacy pledge covers the information DLI collects, uses and /or discloses from online sources (web site, chat sessions, email) and off-line sources (mail, phone, in-office visit) that is personal & identifiable and instructions on how to remove yourself from future communications.
Personal Information CollectedDLI collects personal identifiable and non-identifiable information to serve you in discovering, experiencing and purchasing our products and services. Your information is collected at the time of interaction with DLI and www.decisionlabs.com
Identifiable information collected may include:
- For download materials and/or Software: Name, company, phone number, email address, mailing address
- Completing a purchase: Credit card information and/or banking information
Non-identifiable information collected may include:
- IP address, type of web browser, country, city, pages / content accessed
This information is collected only in aggregate form so we may better understand how people interact with the DLI web site. This business practice results in improved accessibility and quality of information and products made available from DLI.
Uses and SharingYour information is kept secure and confidential on servers located in Ontario, Canada. Your information is not shared, sold, traded, or exchanged with any third party, and is restricted to those DLI individuals who require access to it to:
- Follow-up on your inquiry, providing additional information or assistance to you
- Remind you of a product trial code about to expire or events (if requested and applicable)
- Send product updates, special offers, or news about DLI products, services and/or solutions (if permission is granted)
- Send you our newsletter (if opt-in)
- Fulfill a DLI purchase order. To fulfill this request, your information may be shared with a DLI business partner for the explicit purpose of fulfilling your request
- Meet legal and / or regulatory requirements, and to detect and prevent fraud or other criminal activity
- Information collected in aggregate form is strictly used for reporting purposes
Your ChoicesTo view premium content or downloads, you must register with DLI. We value your desire to privacy and respect your choice to receive additional information from us.
At any time, you can remove and delete your contact details from our newsletter list or contact lists by contacting our privacy officer. If you would like to add your name to our “Please do not contact” list, please contact our privacy officer, and include your name, company, phone number, address, and email. Upon removal, we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure you do not receive future email, phone or mail communications from us.
